Provider Directory Overview

When you join one of our Medicare Advantage plans, you choose a primary care provider (PCP) from our network, and together you manage your care.
Our network extends throughout King, Pierce and Thurston counties in Washington State and includes:
- Over 2,000 physicians and specialists
- 9 premier local hospitals
Your PCP will refer you to network specialists when needed, although you do have the option to self-refer to a network specialist for a higher co-payment.
Women typically do not need a referral for yearly preventive screenings, such as mammograms and other women’s care.

location, specialty or other characteristics.

2. Download the directory by clicking on the link below with the right mouse button and choosing

3. Complete an Online Request for a printed copy of our provider directory,
