Temporary Sales Representative - License Required
Summary of Information - The inside sales representative will provide support for the sales team by handling all incoming sales calls, assist walk-in members and all outgoing sales calls to follow up on leads. The position may require an occasional in-home visit or attendance/assistance at a sales meeting.
RN Care Manager
Summary of Information - Provides integrated care management services including utilization review and case management across the continuum of care. Evaluates the appropriateness and efficiency of medical services and procedures, and facilitate referrals, authorizations and concurrent review. The overall goals of the position are to enhance the quality of patient management and satisfaction and to promote continuity of care and cost effectiveness through integrating the functions of case management and utilization review.
Provider Data Specialist
Summary of Information - Assist in data entry, records management and other office projects related to health care practitioners and facilities. Support the department and company operational business needs as may be required.
Credentialing Oversight Administrator
Summary of Information - Oversee duties of PSHP provider groups who are providing credentialing services through delegation agreements or administrative services agreements. Support the department and company operational business needs as required.
Quality Outreach & Coding Specialist
Summary of Information - Primary responsibilities include performing physician/physician’s staff education, extensive traveling to physician office sites, medical record review, data extraction, maintaining data systems, promoting quality improvement outreach efforts, leading the physician/physician’s staff as it relates to HEDIS, Medicare HCC Risk Adjustment, Risk Assessment and other intervention programs initiated through the Quality Improvement Department.
Temporary Member Services Enrollment Representative / Claims Representative
Summary of Information - The role of the Member Services Team is to build trusted relationships with our members. This is achieved in our call center, answering questions and providing certain administrative services such as assisting in and processing enrollment and disenrollment. This is also achieved by operating as part of the claims department and contributing to the achievement of department performance standards. This position is an important part of helping members to understand and receive their health benefits and getting their related claims processed and paid.
