What I like most about being a part of the PSHP Member Services Team is that I love to exceed member's expectations. Most members are initially surprised by our accessibility and the level of personal service we provide. Going above and beyond the standard is a great feeling.

My hobby and special interest is horses. I grew up showing horses on the national circuit, so I still have a little bit of a competitive streak.

What I like most about being a part of the PSHP Member Services Team is that I love coming to work every day knowing that I can make a difference in someone's life. Putting a smile on someone's face over the phone, as well as in person, is most enjoyable.

My hobbies and special interests are spending time with my husband and our dogs, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. There are so many beautiful places in our own back yard.

What I like most about being a part of the PSHP Member Services Team is having the ability to help and inform members of their benefits and answer any questions that may arise.

My hobby and special interest is magic. I enjoy showing my card tricks to friends and family as well as reading books and watching movies or television that have to do with magic. My favorite books are the Harry Potter series.

What I like most about being a part of the PSHP Member Services Team is when members visit our office with their pets. My favorite time is when Coco, the dog comes in to visit.

My hobby and special interest is writing stories. I am currently writing a children's book for my granddaughter.
