Dental Program
Oral health is an important part of maintaining good overall health. Our dental benefit is a PPO plan provided by Washington Dental Health Services for a premium of $37 a month (in addition to your monthly plan premium). To enroll in our dental program, check the box on your enrollment form indicating you wish to sign up for the Optional Supplemental Dental Plan.

Alternative Healthcare
Alternative Healthcare can be an important benefit to one's health. Our Partnership with American Specialty Healthcare provides 20 combined visits for medically necessary, routine chiropractic and acupuncture services. There is a $3 monthly charge to elect this benefit and a $15 copayment due upon each visit. No referral required.
